As we move into summer, I wanted to share a few special offerings that are coming to 11Exhale over the next couple of months.
Summer often invites us to slow down, spend more time outdoors, and reconnect with what matters most. It can also be a wonderful time to deepen your practice, try something new, or simply create a little more space for yourself.
This season, we’ll be offering Personalized Yoga Sessions, a Summer Solstice Mini Retreat, and a four-week meditation series designed to help you cultivate greater awareness and presence.
Personalized Yoga Sessions
Do you have a pose that never feels quite right? Are you looking to improve alignment, increase flexibility, build strength, develop a home practice, or receive guidance tailored to your unique needs?
This one-on-one Personalized Yoga Session is designed entirely around your goals and may include up to two people. Together, we’ll focus on what will best support your practice, whether you’re a beginner, working through limitations, or looking to deepen your understanding of yoga.
Once your spot is confirmed, I’ll reach out personally to schedule a time that best supports your schedule and practice.
Investment: $100 for one session

Summer Solstice Mini Retreat: Mala Making & Meditation
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and serves as a natural pause point in the season. It is an opportunity to reflect on where you’ve been, where you’re going, and what you’d like to cultivate in the months ahead.
Join us for a special evening of reflection, creativity, and meditation as we celebrate the Summer Solstice. Create your own mala, a strand of meditation beads used to focus the mind during practice, set a personal intention for the season ahead, and enjoy a guided meditation in community.
All materials are included.

4 Week Meditation Series
Meditation is the practice of paying attention.
In this four week series, you’ll explore different meditation techniques including breath awareness, visualization, mantra, and Yoga Nidra. Each session includes discussion, guided practice, and time for questions, helping you build confidence and discover what works best for you.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this series is designed to meet you where you are.

Special Guest Teachers
On June 25, Jen will be leading a Pilates class while I am away, and on June 27, Vanessa will be teaching our regularly scheduled Vinyasa and Restorative classes.
Both teachers bring their own unique gifts and perspective to the practice, and I hope you’ll join them for these special classes.
