We offer a variety of classes for every mood and level, including Power Flow, Slow Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation. Each class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation — inviting you to feel alive and flow free.

All classes are guided by Julianne Arce, a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 17 years of experience. Julianne is known for her intuitive sequencing, calming voice, and ability to create classes that feel like moving meditations.

We encourage you to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open heart. Mats and props are available at the studio if you need them. Most students practice barefoot and wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
