February Updates at 11Exhale: New Classes, Schedule Shifts & Upcoming Events!

Hey 11Exhale Community,

Your time on the mat is sacred, and we’re always looking for ways to better support your practice. As we flow deeper into the year, we’re rolling out some mindful updates to our class schedule, along with exciting upcoming events to keep you inspired and connected.

📅 Schedule Updates & New Classes

To create more ease and alignment in your weekly routine, we’re adjusting some class times and adding new opportunities to move and breathe with us:

🌿 Starting February 10th: Slow Flow on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will now begin at 9:30 AM—a gentle, grounding way to start your morning.

🌙 Starting February 21st: We’re introducing Friday Night Slow Flow Vinyasa—the perfect way to transition into your weekend with presence and ease.

🧘‍♀️ Starting February 25th: Meditation classes officially begin! These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reset, and cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat.

❌ Schedule Adjustments

As we refine our offerings, we’ve made a few changes:

Sunday Restorative Yoga is now at 6:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM.

🔥 New 4 PM classes on Tuesday & Thursday are now available!

If you’ve been looking for an afternoon class to break up your day, this is your chance to flow!

We’ve got some incredible events lined up to help you celebrate love, connection, and playfulness:

💖 February 14th at 6:30 PM – Valentine’s Flow
Join the waitlist now in the 11Exhale Studio App for this heart-opening flow designed to bring joy and connection.

🔥 February 15th – Couples Tantric Yoga Event
Led by Shive J from The Heart Centered Being, this special experience is designed to help couples deepen their connection through movement, breath, and presence.

🔔 February 22nd at 6:30 PM – Sound Bath
Let the vibrations of sound wash over you in this deeply restorative sound bath experience. This session is designed to bring relaxation, clarity, and balance.

🍀 March 15th – Kids’ St. Patrick’s Day Yoga & Sensory Play
A fun and interactive celebration for little yogis! Expect a playful mix of yoga, movement, and sensory activities designed to spark joy. Register in the 11Exhale Studio App.
