To make space for these exciting new offerings, we’re making a few updates to our schedule:
✅ Starting February 10th: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Slow Flow moves to 9:30 AM
✅ Starting February 21st: NEW Friday Night Slow Flow Vinyasa – the perfect way to end your week
✅ Sunday Restorative Yoga now takes place at 6:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM
