Studio Closure and Virtual Class Options Due to Poor Air Quality

Filed in Studio News and Updates — September 10, 2024

Hello 11Exhale Community,

As many of you are already aware, we are experiencing a significant air quality issue due to the California wildfires. Your safety and health are our utmost priorities, and it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our studio today. All classes, including the 5 PM Gentle Flow and the 6:30 PM Deep Stretch, have been canceled following an air quality advisory effective until 11 PM tonight.

While we are unable to come together in our physical space, the heart of our practice can still be accessed from wherever you are. This is a gentle reminder that our practice is not confined to the walls of our studio but exists wherever we choose to roll out our mats.

Explore Virtual Classes with Us: To help you maintain your practice, I’ve recorded special sessions that you can do right from your home:

  • 60-minute Yin Yoga: Perfect for deep relaxation and stress relief.
  • 45-minute Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation to help you find deep peace and recalibrate your energy.

Access these sessions on The Daily Exhale Podcast:

We hope these options help you continue your practice and keep your spirits high. We are monitoring the situation closely and will inform you of any changes. We are hopeful to resume normal operations tomorrow and will keep you updated via our blog and social media channels.

Stay safe and take this time to nurture yourself and your loved ones. Remember, we are more than just a yoga studio; we are a community that supports and uplifts each other, no matter the distance.

Thank you for your understanding and stay tuned for updates.

With love and light,

Julianne Arce
