As we transition out of the initial rush of the New Year, February invites us to move from “resolution” into “rhythm.” While January is often about starting, February is about sustaining. It is the month where we check in with ourselves and ask: How am I actually feeling?

At 11Exhale, we believe that wellness isn’t found in a single intense workout, but in the balance between effort and ease. This month, our schedule is designed to help you find that equilibrium, offering spaces for both high-energy movement and deep, restorative stillness.

The Power of Balance

In our practice, we often talk about balancing our internal energies.

  • Our Vinyasa classes represent the “Solar” energy—building heat, strength, and focus. These are perfect for those afternoons when you need to shake off the workday and reconnect with your power.
  • Our Restorative and Slow Flow classes represent the “Lunar” energy—cooling, quiet, and reflective. These sessions are essential for nervous system regulation, helping you transition from the “doing” mode of life into a state of “being.”

By alternating between these styles, you create a sustainable practice that supports your mental health and physical longevity.

Featured Event: The Monthly Sound Bath

If you are looking for a moment of total recalibration, we invite you to join us for our Monthly Sound Bath on Saturday, February 21st at 6:30 pm.

Unlike a movement-based class, a Sound Bath requires nothing from you but your presence. As you lie in a comfortable, supported position, the frequencies of sacred instruments work to shift your brainwaves into a meditative state. It is a profound way to clear stagnant energy and reset your baseline for the month ahead.

Plan your month of self-devotion by joining us at the studio:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays:
    • 5:00 pm – Vinyasa (Build heat and flow)
    • 6:30 pm – Restorative (Deep rest and recovery)
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays:
    • 6:30 pm – Slow Flow (Mindful, intentional movement)
  • Saturdays:
    • 9:00 am – Vinyasa (Start your weekend with energy)
    • 10:30 am – Restorative (Reset for the week ahead)
    • Special Event (Feb 21): 6:30 pm – Monthly Sound Bath
