If your little one loves movement, creativity, and a little bit of messy fun, this event is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in a mindful and playful way. 🍀💛
What’s in Store for Your Little Lucky Yogi?
This event blends fun, movement, and sensory play, encouraging kids to stretch, breathe, and create while celebrating the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day!
☘️ Lucky Yoga Adventure – A fun-filled yoga class where kids will:
- Stretch like a rainbow (big side bends!)
- Balance like a four-leaf clover (tree pose fun!)
- Jump like a leprechaun (energy-boosting movement!)
- Relax in their own pot of gold (a mini meditation to settle down).
🎨 Gold Glitter Slime-Making – Time to get hands-on! Each child will:
- Mix up their own magical gold slime using non-toxic ingredients.
- Dig for hidden gold coins inside the slime for a treasure hunt surprise!
- Take home their own “pot of gold” to continue the fun.
💚 Mindfulness & Gratitude Circle – We’ll end the event with:
- A quick reflection on what makes us feel lucky.
- A simple breathing exercise to bring calm and joy into their day.
