As we move into the third week of Yoga Month, I’m filled with gratitude for the dedication and commitment I’ve seen from each of you. The energy in the studio has been incredible, and the 20 in 30 Challenge is in full swing! Whether you’re halfway through the challenge or just getting started, I want to remind you that this journey is all about showing up for yourself—one breath, one class at a time.

20 in 30 Challenge: How Are You Flowing?

We’re halfway through the 20 in 30 Challenge, and I’m beyond inspired by the progress I’m seeing from so many of you. Keep tracking your classes on the studio board, and remember, each time you step onto your mat, you’re getting closer to your goal—both physically and mentally. 💪

For those of you who are still building momentum, it’s not too late! Every class you attend is a victory, so keep showing up and give yourself the gift of presence.


A Reminder to Keep Moving Forward

As we continue through Yoga Month, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your journey so far.
