In my own journey through the realms of healing, both physical and emotional, yoga has been my anchor, my guide, and my sanctuary. I am Julianne Arce, the founder of 11Exhale, and I’ve traversed paths marked by shadows and light, finding solace and strength in the practice of yoga. A Journey Through Darkness

My path to healing began in the aftermath of a traumatic assault while serving in the military. This experience left deep scars, both visible and invisible, casting long shadows over my physical and emotional well-being. For years, I grappled with the echoes of this trauma, searching for ways to mend a body and spirit that felt fragmented.

Finding Yoga: The First Steps Toward Healing

It was in this landscape of turmoil that I discovered yoga. Initially, I approached the mat with skepticism, unsure how a series of postures and breathwork could untangle the complex web of pain that had ensconced my life. Yet, with each pose, each inhale and exhale, I began to notice subtle shifts—a softening of tension, a whisper of peace amidst the cacophony of my thoughts.
