You can easily sign up for classes and workshops through our website or mobile app. Simply visit our Class Schedule page, select the class you want to attend, and complete the registration process. We also accept drop-ins, but space may be limited.
How do I sign up for classes and workshops?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have a mat, we have them available at the studio. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
What should I bring to my first class?
We offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Pilates, Kids Yoga, and specialized workshops like Sound Baths and Posture Clinics. Our schedule is designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
