We’re thrilled to have Jen leading our Pilates classes at 11Exhale. Jen is an experienced and passionate instructor who brings a unique energy to each class. She has a deep understanding of the body’s biomechanics and is dedicated to helping students move with precision and awareness.
Jen’s classes are designed to cater to all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner. She creates a welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself while honoring your body’s needs, helping you achieve both strength and flexibility in a way that feels good.

✨ Pilates Class Details
Pilates is available as a premium class at $15 per session or with an unlimited monthly pass for $40. The monthly pass gives you access to all of our Pilates classes throughout the month, providing an opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice and experience its full benefits.
Please note: There will be no Pilates classes on June 24, 26, or July 1st. But don’t worry—we’ll still have plenty of opportunities for you to jump into a class and flow through the summer!
