Julianne Arce is the founder of 11Exhale Studio and a lifelong student of yoga, mindfulness, and presence.

After years of chasing success and structure, she found freedom in slowing down — in the quiet rhythm of movement and the art of breath. Her classes blend strength and softness, discipline and grace, inviting you to move with awareness and return to yourself.
